Updating the software of testing tools.
Troubleshooting the problem in the testing tools.
Verifying and analyzing SIM-ME Logs using SIM Simulator IT3-Prove/Move.
Updating Device firmware if asked for by the clients.
Maintaining logs and debugging history pertaining to each device.
Taking/Analyzing device traces using tools such as 'Catcher', 'QXDM professional', 'Mobile Analyzer'.
Updating test results/defects for devices in Mercury Quality Center.
Creation of test reports which is delivered to Client.
Interact with the client on some issue while testing.
Interact with System Simulator vendors for up gradation of Simulator Firmware.
