POSITION SUMMARY
The successful candidate will be a leader in the development, review and continuous improvement of Service Design processes like Capacity & IT Service Continuity Management for the BlackBerry Operations department globally. As a member of the Service Design Process Performance team the process specialist will work closely with both internal and external process and service delivery professional to provide industry best practices and expertise for end to end process development, measurement and improvement.
